1. How it works

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Every product from Store Armory is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@storearmory.com from the address you used at checkout, include your license key or order reference, and a quick note on what didn't work for you. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and often can fix the issue on the spot.

3. When refunds are granted

• The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
• The license has not been abused or shared publicly.

We'd love the chance to help first — many "it doesn't work" cases are a quick configuration fix — but you're never required to troubleshoot to qualify within the 14-day window.

4. When refunds may not apply

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Renewal charges where you had ample notice and the option to cancel beforehand (you can cancel any time from your account portal to prevent future renewals).
• Cases of license abuse, fraud or chargeback abuse.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the associated license is deactivated.
